A new chaper begins...

As of Aug 11, 2010...I will be Mrs.Margie Reece. As James and I begin our journey together, I will also begin a new blog. God had a plan for me, I just had to be patient and wait. Waiting can be the hardest part, but he was well worth it. He has brought Cooper and I so much happiness! We are blessed!!

GOD is good!

I see God everyday in my life. Even through the storms, he is there to carry me. I see now more than ever that he is real. God is doing great things in my life.
I now see what truly being happy means. Being in a healthy loving relationship, being loved unconditionally by your child and having God in your life are the best feelings in the world!! Nobody said that life would be easy, it's all in how you handle your situations. If you are feeling weak, give it all to GOD! He will carry you. My life surely is not perfect, but having a relationship with God ensures that you WILL have a perfect life with him in heaven. Overall my life is pretty wonderful and I have HIM to thank!

Where has the time gone....

My last post was January 2010 and now we are almost into May 2010! Life has been crazy busy...mostly in a good way. The 2 main guys in my life are still Cooper and James. Cooper is a hoot! He makes me smile everyday with his silly ways. I truly feel blessed to have such wonderful guys in my life. James is my rock! I believe with all my heart that he is the one for me! Coop is crazy about him and so I am!

The 411 on my life:
*My house is STILL on the market!!!
*I am still selling Pampered Chef and working as office manager at a carpet company.
*I went to DEGA this past weekend with James and had a blast!
*We are going to the Crawfish Festival in Beaux Bridge, LA this weekend.
*Cooper still LOVES school.
*Cooper LOVES his momma! (one more hug, one more kiss and then hugs me so tight!)
*I am IN LOVE!

Big things are going to happen for Coop and I in before the end of the year...stay tuned...

And 2010 begins...

Here are my resolutions for the new year...

1. FLOSS. I know this is important and I guess just plain lazy that I don't already do this! But guess I got to start sometime!

2. Read my bible and spend more time with GOD. Getting closer to The Lord is very important to me!

3. Budget my money. Set simple goals. Use the envelope system. Gotta be smart with my money!

So far 2010 has been a good year. To start off the new year, we had a blizzard here. ha! On the day that there was suppose to be snow, there wasn't. The next day, it snowed a good bit in Homewood. But I was at work and Coop was locked up inside the school. Now I am ready for the cold to be gone and the warmness to begin! This year is going to be the best year ever. Life is good. I have the best boyfriend. He is great to both Cooper and I. He is a great chef and has a good steady job! James' brings a smile to my face and makes us SO happy! Work is good and Pampered Chef is slowly picking back up. GOD is good! This year is going to be a great one! Can't wait to see what GOD has in store for my life!

LOVE my Lil' monster to pieces!

Traditions new and old...

Traditions are so important to me! I love old ones and embrace new ones! My most favorite one is our Christmas Eve party with my Italian family. We cook Italian sausage, drink wine, and enjoy family! My friend Jenn and I also take our boys to The Polar Express in Calera to see Santa! It is so much fun! Going to Atlanta for the Wiggs' Christmas is very important to me too. We missed it this year because Coop was in Destin. But I hope to work something out where we can go next year!
Christmas breakfast with Nonna and Papaw and Dinner at my house with Grandpa and Grammy Kim. Lastly, I enjoy going to Christmas mass with Bernard every year. Next year, we will probably attend A Church of Hope for their Christmas service.

A Tradition that I want to continue is FRUIT pizza for Christmas morning! That stuff is to die for!! Thanks James! Also, Going to shop Black Friday with Kim.

Ones that I thought of after the fact...
-I want to give Coop Christmas Jammies for his bday every year. That way, he will be ready for Polar Express and he will get lots of wear out of them before Christmas.
- To get Coop's pics taken the weekend of Thanksgiving. And have Christmas Cards sent out by the first of December!
- I want to start my shopping as early as possible next year. Maybe August???
